I know how hard & scary it can be getting back into exercise once you’ve had bub! Everything is different now, especially your body, but all you need to do it take the first step. Moving your body is so important for recovery & rehabilitation and it doesn’t have to be scary,  let’s start with small gentle steps to establish a great base of strength.

Eat to Nourish

I used to be so opinionated when it came to what you should/shouldn’t eat. I used to have so many rules. I’ve since let go of all the rules and instead focus on how food makes me feel and use more of an intuitive approach when it comes to what I put in my body. You can only meet yourself where you’re at, so let’s start there and figure it out along the way.

Knowing yourself is where all the answers lie… self awareness is the catalyst to change. This is my favourite topic and one I can’t help but share the teachings I have learnt along the way of

What To Expect

Personal Training Sessions are designed exclusively for you and will continually challenge your body to take you to the next level, keeping you fit, strong and healthy. Sessions are fun and full of variety so that you’ll never get bored. All sessions run for 45 minutes and include combinations of boxing, kettlebells, cardio, strength & core work.
